Meike Ziegler is an artist and conceiver of extraordinary experiences: Creatuals With these creative rituals she invites people to move out of their patterns and experience unique moments, by giving new perspectives on relevant issues. 

“Breaking Patterns. Moving Minds.” 

Meike has developed dozens of Creatual concepts, workshops and lectures for individuals, organisations, companies and com- munities. Meike founded Creatuals in 2009 to design experiences, spaces and objects — modern rituals — that are distinctive and memorable. She is passionate about designing eye-opening, perspective-shifting experiences to open minds and deepen our understanding of ourselves and the people and world around us. 

Some concepts designed for social development are: Handshape Project (for 30 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall), Table of Hope (sharing hope with communities in South Africa and Ghana), House of One (connecting three religions in one space in Berlin), N.F.P. ('Nieuw Flevo Peil', a fountain that connects citizens through their heartbeat). 

With a formal background in art history, graphic design and media production, she has worked with design and multimedia compa- nies in Amsterdam, London, Barcelona and New York. In 2002 she established her own design studio based in Amsterdam. 

Since 2016 Meike is located in Berlin and Mühlenbeck, Brandenburg.
