SUNDAY MATINEE
A Sunday afternoon for discourse, networking and enjoying the beautiful nature surrounding Dom Wilka.
Our Dom Wilka Sunday Matinee is a serie of six inspiring lectures in which one or perhaps two guest lecturers, will share their stories, and invite others to listen, discuss, reflect and share their perspectives. A tasteful bite and drinks will be provided.
Unsere Dom-Wilka-Sonntagsmatinee ist eine Reihe von sechs inspirierenden Vorträgen, bei denen ein oder zwei Gastdozenten ihre Geschichten erzählen und andere zum Zuhören, Diskutieren, Nachdenken und Teilen ihrer Perspektiven einladen. Für einen leckeren Tappas und Getränke ist gesorgt.

Martin A. Ciesielski
Marin A. Ciesielski worked for German and American banks and IT companies, ever since the 2008 financial crisis he has started to investigate and explore the idea of money, within history, culture, the arts as well as theology. He has given talks in this area at Science Slams, Creative Mornings Berlin and re:publica. His work now lies in futures literacy and embodiment, monetary innovation and the currency of politics.
THE MAGICK OF MONEY
His lecture for the 2nd Dom Wilka Sunday Matinée will ask and answer questions about how money became the most powerful piece of art humankind has ever invented. Finding money at the roots of the challenges of our time. It will be a look into possible futures of money, how we can develop it further and what can be the next steps.
